Vintage Runner is a vintage clothing business founded by me, Sam Franzen. I’m originally from Springfield, Ohio, and recently graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in finance. While I now work full-time in corporate finance, Vintage Runner continues to be a major creative outlet and entrepreneurial passion of mine.
What started from a love for vintage clothing and resale culture has grown into a business built around individuality, sustainability, and community. I source unique, high-quality vintage pieces and sell through platforms including Depop, eBay, and Mercari, while also participating in vintage markets throughout the Chicago area and Ohio.
The name “Vintage Runner” reflects the long-term vision behind the brand. My goal is to eventually create a mobile vintage shopping experience that brings curated inventory directly to different communities while offering more than just clothing — an atmosphere and experience people remember. Whether online or in person, Vintage Runner is centered around giving timeless pieces a second life and connecting with people through fashion.
